Limoncello does not require refrigeration for long term storage. Chilling in the refrigerator, or preferably the freezer, for 1 hour before serving brings out its flavour and adds to its refreshing taste.

Neat in a chilled glass. Limoncello is considered a digestive aid and is a great way to cleanse your palate after a heavy meal. Best sipped slowly while relaxing before dessert. It is equally enjoyable as a stand alone drink of course, any time of the day.
