45ml Bloodycello
20ml Bourbon
25ml Lemon juice
15ml Sugar syrup
(Optional) Egg white or aquafaba

 

Instructions

  1. Add Ingredients.
    Add Bloodycello, bourbon, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and (optional) egg white or aquafaba to a shaker.
  2. Shake.
    If using egg white, dry shake first (no ice), then add ice and shake again. If not using egg white, just shake with ice.
  3. Prepare the Glass.
    Fill a rocks glass with ice (or serve neat if preferred).
  4. Strain.
    Strain the cocktail into the glass.
  5. Garnish.
    Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
