40mls Limoncello
20mls Gin
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
90ml Soda Water
Instructions
- Mix the Cocktail.
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Limoncello, gin, fresh lemon juice, and sugar syrup.
Fill the shaker with ice, covering the liquid. - Shake.
- Prepare the Glass
Fill a Collins glass or a similar tall glass with ice cubes. - Prepare the Drink.
Strain the cocktail mixture from the shaker into the prepared glass over the ice.
Gently top off the cocktail with soda water, pouring it slowly. - Garnish and Serve.
Garnish with a lemon slice or a twist of lemon peel.
