Instructions
- Prepare the Berries.
If you haven’t already macerated your berries, simply mix them with a little sugar and let them sit for about 30 minutes before using. This will draw out their natural juices and sweetness.
- Assemble the Drink.
Fill a large wine glass or a spritz glass with ice cubes to chill.
Add the 30 ml of Limoncello to the glass.
Spoon in the macerated berries, along with some of their juices.
- Add Prosecco.
Slowly pour 150 ml of Prosecco over the Limoncello and berries, allowing it to mix gently with the other ingredients.
- Garnish and Serve.
Gently stir the mixture.
Garnish with a sprig of mint.
Optionally, you can add a slice of lemon or a few fresh berries on top.
